The Bladder Meridian is the Governing Principle over all bodies of water.
In alchemical thought, a body of water symbolizes a baptismal font. A baptismal font is the gate into the Kingdom of Heaven; a place where those willing to enter make a covenant with God to take upon them the name of Christ by being buried in water and coming forth in newness of life. It represents the burial and resurrection of Jesus Christ. It turns our minds to the example of a seed’s burial in the earth, the ultimate “body of water” to us, as its access that transforms it into a tree.
That by reason of transgression cometh the fall, which fall bringeth death, and inasmuch as ye were born into the world by water, and blood, and the spirit, which I have made, and so became of dust a living soul, even so ye must be born again into the kingdom of heaven, of water, and of the Spirit, and be cleansed by blood, even the blood of mine Only Begotten; that ye might be sanctified from all sin, and enjoy the words of eternal life in this world, and eternal life in the world to come, even immortal glory. The Bladder Meridian is a steward over all transformative processes. The Bladder Meridian governs the process that converts dust into a living soul. There are two processes that are an example of this: Birth and resurrection.
Jesus said, “Except a man be born again, he cannot see the Kingdom of God.” [2] The experience of seeing a new kingdom accompanies rebirth. One finds himself emerging from chaos into light. A new order appears that he was blind to before.
